What We Do
UNMC Physicians engineer miracles and pioneer lifesaving treatments. They calm worried parents, bring cancer patients hope and replace failing organs with new ones. They share new discoveries and knowledge with doctors and researchers around the globe. And they bring advanced treatments to their patients - because they not only have access to latest research - they are doing it.
Our physicians not only treat patients, but they teach future physicians too. Many of our doctors trained and now teach at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and they along with the experienced nurses, allied health professionals and business support personnel are dedicated to serving the healthcare needs of our community.
With more than 450 physicians and 720 personnel, we have the power to lead.
Our partners are The Nebraska Medical Center and the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
